Per 1 of May 2010 RK Plast has taken over all injection molding activities in AK Tool and Plastic Factory I/S in Juelsminde.  

Activities in Juelsminde will be transferred to the factory in Skive in the coming months. By this acquisition RK Plast continues with the strategy of being among the leading in technical injection molding.

After the purchase, RK Plast will possess approx. 50 injection molding machines and related automation.

 

RK Plast offers these competences so that we can play a larger part in our customers’ value chain:

1. Advice on 1-component and 2-component injection moulding
2. Participation in development, construction and provision of tools
3. Manufacture of prototypes and test runs
4. The injection moulding itself
5. Finishing processes and fitting
6. Clean room production (dental products in a dust-free environment)
7. Storage and logistics solutions

RK Plast is well-known for solving technically complex tasks with a high degree of automated production. Today RK Plast works for a variety of sectors and customers.

RK Plast has developed a design-protected product named RK Bio Elements and this is primarily used for biological water treatment in freshwater fish farms.
