Per 1 of May 2010 RK Plast has taken over all injection molding activities in AK Tool and Plastic Factory I/S in Juelsminde.  

Activities in Juelsminde will be transferred to the factory in Skive in the coming months. By this acquisition RK Plast continues with the strategy of being among the leading in technical injection molding.

After the purchase, RK Plast will possess approx. 50 injection molding machines and related automation.

 

RK Plast has been certified under ISO 9001:2000 in these areas:

Injection moulding, ultra sound welding and fitting items made of technical plastic.
Logistic solutions for customers such as: reception of goods, stock management and shipping.
