Our employees are the most important asset in RK Plast. We aim at making the enterprise an attractive workplace, which cares about the individual employee.
We emphasise delegation of responsibility and decision-making throughout the organisation. We wish to create competitive conditions in the form of salary, pension scheme and further training.
RK Plast has entered into a mentoring scheme with Skive Municipality that enables us to have potential future employees in job-training. Some of these employees continue at RK Plast or other enterprises in the local community.
In 2006, RK Plast was awarded Skive Municipality’s ENTERPRISE AWARD 2006 (VIRKSOMHEDSPRIS) for our inclusive working climate.
Pay: We have introduced a “fair” wages system for our hourly-paid employees; this is done to ensure that wages are in proportion with the effort, attendance and seniority of the individual employee.
At present, the wages package looks like this:
1. Pay step 1 (start pay – first six months) 2. Pay steps 2 – 6 (depends on seniority) 3. Pay supplement for attendance 4. Bonus for attendance 5. Competence salary (under implementation) 6. Bonus/performance pay
